Thankfully, they scored very high elsewhere, otherwise – “well…” Curation, Playlists, Skills, Job Roles (if applicable) – how can they be intertwined or at least utilized to gain maximum efficiency and usage by each learner. Again, those who do a far better job, scored better here. Still needs tweaks.

I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). However, I will say this: I like what Saba is doing. The system still – equally as Saba – needs some work.

Part of the confusion is the usage of the term “traditional”, whereas I think that people who use that term are focusing on vendors such as Cornerstone or Saba, for example, and assuming that all vendors are like them. The top two so far are: 91% Attain a passing score in an assessment or quiz. 89% Complete a course.

Strangely, 95% or higher seems to be a constant score. The score level by manager/coach and viewing process is top rated. Vendor claimed retention rates, customer service success. No one is going to give you numbers lower than 85%, and even that is rare. Unless you have like 10-25 customers. Pathgather. Talent LMS. Glo Enterprise.

The system scores deals because it is well-known, people who see it, IMO necessarily haven’t looked at any system beyond the best known or someone outside the place says get it. Cornerstone Learn – The LMS for CoD has improved, but is it something I would buy? Not really. The admin side is overwhelming. The Low Price Scale Box.

17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low. Moodle scores very high in satisfaction, but we need to qualify that result a bit. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. As these systems catch up, this will make the market really hard for Saba and SumTotal. That seems like a disconnect.

Just enough to score well, but trend lines pointing that this may be the best they get, even if they continue to add NexGen, they are still behind the curve to rise. . They are the best of the best in terms of Next Generation functionality, with the minimum scoring 98.5 The biggest surprise to me is Saba. Grid Specifics.
