Addressing On-Demand Learning and Performance Needs #LCBQ | Social.

In my opinion, it’s not that providing on-demand learning and performance solutions is a new idea. What is new, however, is the ratio of on-demand solutions to more traditional training offerings. Special shared kiosks are a possible solution to this problem, but they may be cost prohibitive.
