LXP – Are Times Changing?

eLearning 24-7

Vendors clearly weren’t enthralled either was my take, especially clients who didn’t want a competitor to be able to see all those learning actions, especially if Wallenda was espousing inside information in a chat room, which now the competitor could see as part of the learning record. Informal only.

History of the LMS

Prior to the whole online scene, you could access information via FTP sites known as Archie, Veronica and Jughead (yes, totally true. LXP – The Answers you seek

There is a lot of information to digest here on the whole LXP space, what they do, what they do not do. For example, GO1 has provided five courses/content in the past for free for some vendors. You could purchase 3rd party content as early as 2000. They continue to muddle up the learning system space. No difference.

Unlikely because unless you are an auditory learner, who can multi-task, the information you receive goes in one ear and out the other. I remember attending a virtual world workshop where the expert didn’t know how to create a virtual place where virtual folks could attend to acquire information, attend sessions, and so forth.
