However for all other devices with different resolutions, the learners will have to experience the content via swiping left and right and up and down in order to see the rest of the course. This of course provides a bad user experience.

Even if you own Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or any other eLearning tool, I believe you still need Camtasia 8 in your toolbox because what I’ve seen in these tools as it pertains to video capture is subpar when compared to what you get in Camtasia.
