It never fails that after building an e-learning course in Storyline, someone asks if they can get a PowerPoint version of the course. There are many reasons for this request, such as using the content for face-to-face training, wanting a slide deck for subject matter experts, or creating a PDF handout out of the slides.

The Articulate Community team uses Screenr every day. It’s great for quick hit, just-in-time learning. We also use it a lot for internal collaboration and communication. The way I use it with PowerPoint is to frame the window around a slide. When I want to advance the slide, I just click the page-down button.

Once it’s ready to go live, they need to be removed from the slide. This gets rid of them, but if you need to go back and edit the slide, you need to recreate the references. Move them off the slide.
