Another good example of a form-based tool is Articulate Engage. The videos can be simple lectures, but often are software tutorials or those new “explainer” style videos. To avoid the feature trap, I recommend that you test each application by building the same demo module. And if you want to save time, just choose Articulate.

Click here to view the PowerPoint video demo. One of the most common reasons elearning developers use image editors like Paint.net and Photoshop Elements is to remove backgrounds from stock images. Combine that with Articulate Studio and you have a very easy way to create interactive elearning. And they work fine for that.
