I said in my last post that Kirkpatrick’s four levels were all about the training itself rather than how the training affects organizations. As for me, I realized I didn’t really understand Level 4 at all. Kirkpatrick is now saying that we need to start with Level 4. It was an opportunity I couldn’t miss.
