Speaking of the guru awards, I was looking at the source files for the CPR demo and was impressed to see that it only contained twenty PowerPoint slides. Looking at it, I assumed that it had more slides and a few more bells and whistles. The first slide is a Flash animation and the CPR simulation was created in Quizmaker ‘09.
