But I firmly believe that this journey Im on is giving me the experience and educational equivalent (if not better) than a formal M.Ed. Even though Ive been doing this ("instructional design") for over ten years, Im starting over.

This manufacturing process training course was originally delivered as a four hour plus death-by-PowerPoint classroom session (if you could see the original PPT source content, youd begin glazing over within a few slides). Is it the number of theories you can cite? IMHO you are an instructional designer if you actually plan and develop the instructional content, whether for classroom, internet, job aide, etc. Adult learning theory?
