Gamification – Another sizzling item, although it was misleading a bit – since there were resellers there for some of the vendors who were also there. I saw some “learning games” and with the exception of Gamelearn was seriously underwhelmed.

While, I can understand vendors who would rather not offer a “talent management or performance management&# option, the decision to ignore social learning, is strange. I am still surprised on how vendors who are offering assessment only tools are staying in the game. Vendors who start offering this now in SaaS based products are ahead of the game.
