Creative facilitation with breakout rooms

Make a slide with the instruction. People fall out of the breakout (at least in Adobe this often happens!). Therefore, provide one person who can put these people back in their breakout group. Even if you explain the assignment orally it helps to be able to read it. With a number of tools, participants can see the time that is left.

Tip: walk the route yourself at least once to test the instructions and place of the markers on the map and remove errors. This forces the groups to walk everywhere to be able to do the assignments. What is also fun is that you can see the groups walking. We first saw a small group go in the wrong direction.
