Between the two systems, I am leaning more towards LMS365, just because I honestly believe it has a future in the SharePoint space much more so than their other product (nothing against it, but…).   I mean ELF SharePoint LMS isn’t going anywhere,  but again, this is just my opinion, LMS365 is a new take with the integration of Office 365. Oh, strategic learning, extended enterprise and compliance are all included in their LMS.  I’m not sure why they “appear” as separate products on their site. SumTotal by Skillsoft. Ask someone to name a few LMSs or at least one, and I suspect it will be Cornerstone OnDemand or SumTotal.   To me, these are brand names.  If they are in education/higher education it is likely to be Blackboard or Instructure, which some folks refer to as Canvas. People either love or hate Cornerstone OnDemand, SumTotal Learn, Saba, SuccessFactors. And if yes, what verticals? UI/UX.

Oracle Taleo – Seriously, either overhaul this thing or dump it and torch it.   I feel bad for the folks who were learn.com, then thought Taleo would improve it, then Oracle.   And BTW, nearly every LMS can interface with Oracle products. The Cornerstone Effect

eLearning 24-7

Similar thoughts are often associated with SumTotal (although they have vastly improved their UI, but they do see themselves at least from my take, and even through a Google search as a HCM, especially after the acquisition by Skillsoft), SuccessFactors, Oracle Learn, Saba, Kenexa and a few others. Cornerstone and some of the bigger name others including SumTotal, etc., mean sure I hear we got folks from SumTotal or Saba (heard quite frequently of late),  but by a hug margin, Cornerstone comes up way more. buyers or those just following the space. ATD ICE 2016 – Post Review

One person was literally eating while I was asking about a product. SumTotal. I ran into the issue myself with a few vendors who seemed as though they were too busy to talk to me (even if a bunch were just standing around), too busy to show me a demo (even when they had it on the screen), assessing/verifying you as a prospect,  talking to you as though you were an imbecile or treating you poorly in their booth – as in nasty. Their retort, “We do not have the ability to make an instance of our product”    At the show, I got the cold shoulder from one person.
