If you have PowerPoint 2007, you can do this in just a few mouse clicks using the recolor feature. The good thing is that I was able to do all of that right inside PowerPoint. For example, in a recent blog post on using your PowerPoint slide notes I customized an image to look like a subject matter expert.

Here’s a simple solution, you can compress your images in PowerPoint. They don’t show up when you publish, but they’re always available in the PowerPoint file.

It’s pretty slick and could come in handy if shooting your own stock photos. In PowerPoint 2007+ you can unzip the.pptx file; and inside the PowerPoint file folder you’ll locate a media folder. This media folder has all of the images used in your PowerPoint file. Microsoft’s Clip Organizer Does Everything You Need.

Research in 2003 and again in 2007 found that people learned better from audio alone or text alone rather than identical audio and text together. You know, just like you would with PowerPoint. Besides, graphics don’t have to be limited to just images you grab off a stock photo website. That’s no longer true.
