This is precisely my feeling too…it is one of my pet grouch that this month’s Big Question allows me to vent. Maybe, even before we launch into needs and task analysis and learner analysis with a client, we should (using very simple, layman’s terms) educate them a little on what e-learning is all about. Not at all!
