Course developers (who may or may not be instructional designers) use Flash to create courses, but they dont need to know how to use Flash at all.

Im concerned that women will be excluded if such a focus is put on gaming skills -- or at least the gamer label. Im just raising some questions. Of course there are some companies in India too, who require Instructional Designers to implement courses using tools like Captivate. But Im not sure I can get people to hold their answers back.
