If you are using PowerPoint 2007, click the  Microsoft Office Button > Save As. From the  Save As  dialog box, click the Tools button and select  Save Options. Once you know that a font can be embedded, embedding it is a simple process. Open your presentation in PowerPoint.

Two of the coolest new tools in PowerPoint 2010 (especially if you like to make your own graphics) are the Shape Union and Shape Subtract tools.
