Over the past year, Ive been focused on sales and marketing activities, project management, and content conversions -- "No ID needed, thank you." I havent worked with a SME and thought about appropriate learning activities and chunked out the content. Im excited. Im nervous. But I havent "done" a course in ages.

A study is cited in which researchers looked at brain activity while subjects learned how to build a structure with Tinker Toys. Not surprisingly, a lot more activity was seen if test subjects were watching to learn (anticipating that they were to do the task later) vs. watching only. Weed out the fluff. Games for Girls.

I believe once Articulate and some of the other big names truly launch products (such as Storyline), the market will wait. proprietary, along with SCORM, etc., Vendor adoption is slow.
