Sandra Arnold of Mercer UK alerted me to a new authoring tool that they are using called Shift. Here's how the vendors describe the tool on their website : "Shift by MindMuze is more than an eLearning Authoring Tool. They are also demonstrating a great deal of confidence in their product.

Online authoring tools not so novel

My prediction was that in 2008 we'd see more online rapid e-learning authoring environments come onto the market and the reason I claimed that this prediction was on target was because of the announcements by established authoring tool vendors of two very promising new online products, Unison from Rapid Intake and RapideL-i.

iBooks Author: Any relevance for learning in the workplace?

If you missed it, see iBook Author here. True we were restricted to distributing on PCs via the offline medium of a laserdisc, but the creative product was almost identical. You may remember the wonderful interactive products that Dorling Kindersley produced back then, not to mention Encarta.
