I recommend having a motivating example before you bother showing learners the things theyll be able to do afterwards; if they dont understand why its important, they wont care what they can do. Belatedly, Im thinking that there are relatively easy ways to enable learners to have cake or to eat it as they see fit.

A key discovery most people make when learning about styles, whether its learning styles, DISC or MBTI, is that people may be different from they way they are in the way they take in and process information. There are great tools with a short learning curve (for example, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Presenter) and tools with a longer learning curve that are really excellent (for example, Lectora, and Flashform). There seems to be a mix between contract and full time positions, and Im not sure how to read into that.
