You will not forget them when you view a demo, nor when you are looking at the company’s web site or literature. A friend of mine, got a RFP template from a LMS vendor’s web site. If you are going to use the RFP template, then strip it down. With a SaaS based system, there is no need for a 10 or higher RFP.
