I’m always amazed at some of the names vendors come up with for authoring tools. My personal favorite feature is the timeline with individual tracks for audio, images and text. and customized player. Personally, I think it is vastly superior to RoboHelp. This one doesn’t disappoint. Oh, right, never mind.

At one time Geo was a dominate player in mid size. Some have ads, which can be a downer for some folks, others require the person to either use VOIP or call in with a non toll free number. .
