Published HTML project not working

I’ve created two responsive “test” projects, both with three slides, and when I publish them to HTML 5 and then click on the index.html on my computer it works fine. This happens on her phone and on her desktop.

Do you want to view the output” When i click on yes, the project works fine on Chrome, i know the source is the preview, but when i open the project via index.html, it doesn’t work, i have black screen , i tried on Mozilla firefox and it works fine with the index.html, i tried the FAQ from Google chrome about the black screen , but nothing (..)

This may happen when you are trying to preview the course after publishing the course by clicking on the index.html file. It is important to launch the course from the web server, so make sure you put it on web server and then try to fetch the course from there and not by clicking on index.html.

Problem viewing 360 images after publish with Captivate

However, when I just click the index.html in my file explorer to view that way, the 360 doesn’t work. file:///C:/APAR/publishedFiles/forSharonLocal/APARIntroduction/index.html ). The URL in the browser at that time looks like this. ( [link] ). URL then looks like this. This is all when using Chrome.
