Here’s a template I created for a recent workshop on how to create an exploratory learning interaction. I used a flat UI design for the learning interaction. Using Camtasia, you can add callouts, images, audio, Flash hotspots, animations, and even a quiz.). As with Camtasia, you'll use the Presenter tools to add audio, images, videos, and a quiz. Below are the individual tool groups you'll find on the Adobe Presenter tab.

Adding interactivity (Buttons, clickable hotspots, menus, etc.). If you add interactivity (Flash hotspots) to a Camtasia project, you will need to post the lesson to a server to test the interactivity. We teach a one-day class covering that tool through ASTD. Adding images. Adding animations. Creating quizzes.

Interactive Progress Meter : the template is designed to measure fund raising progress but could easily be adapted to some sort of course progress meter or as a simple game-like measure. The quiz and progress meter templates are good examples of how to use the selection pane and interactive elements in PowerPoint. Great price.

This often quoted ASTD article states that it typically takes 127 to 184 hours (16 to 23 days) to create, using authoring tools, one hour of self-paced online learning containing moderate interactivity. Research indicates that the time, effort, and cost to create e-learning courses using authoring tools is exorbitant. A solution.

There’s a starting screen, a series of tab screens, a quiz start screen, and an exit screen. He made modifications that take advantage of some of Storyline’s interactive features. The tabs would also work well as a process interaction. Two workshops: Rapid E-Learning (AM) & Build Interactive E-Learning (PM).
