Plateau Learning – I never understood the love for this system. I will add there was some confusion around Litmos and the whole Plateau thing. SuccessFactors acquired the Plateau LMS (way before SF was acquired by SAP). EdCast’s deep integration with MS Teams, the first to do in the space BTW, is outstanding.

True, HR at some companies provide “training”, but I have found it is always better to have the two entities as separate departments. Oracle then followed suit by acquiring SuccessFactors who had acquired Plateau in the past. Please note : I personally find great benefit in HCMs and the capabilities they provide.

If you look at education and Higher Ed systems – NONE have integrations with the hot apps such as Tik-Tok and Instagram, let alone WhatsApp. If you have web conferencing integrated via an API or whatever, why would you want a text-based chat room?
