An Office 365 subscription means users can sign in from someone else's PC to work on a document or project and be able to access a cloud-based version of their own Office software, complete with settings and documents. When the document or project is closed, it will be removed from that PC.  And what about Mac?

I created a PowerPoint Captivate Project and then saved it as responsive. When I use the layout preview while working on the project, the slides maintain aspect ratio as they change size. But when I do a project preview and change the size, the slides get squished or stretched instead of maintaining aspect ratio.

Attempting to delete a slide object? In the image below, I'm attempting to delete an unwanted slide from my Filmstrip. .    From that point forward, I wasn't prompted to confirm my action whenever I deleted a slide. The slide was good and gone. Captivate will prompt you to confirm the action.

Later on, when I re-opened the slide, the caption was much smaller. At some point I used the spell check feature ( Project > Check Spelling ).
