Captivate 2019 has been taking a long time to publish files for me. Uninstalling Captivate entirely, including preferences, then reinstalling. I have no problem running other applications. I published a project in Captivate 8 last week and had this issue and am having the same problem with Captivate 2017 today. Has anyone had an issue with their audio not playing in HTML5 in preview and when published? But when you click the Rewind button, the audio will play? When I publish as a.swf, the audio plays just fine.
