I said in my last post that Kirkpatrick’s four levels were all about the training itself rather than how the training affects organizations. This is no longer just evaluating whether you like the course. It was an opportunity I couldn’t miss. Well, based on where Kirkpatrick and his son James are today, I was completely wrong.
