There is even basic layer management that can be used through the “Selection Pane” that comes in handy on a busy slide. It’s even possible to save as a PNG with a transparent background. All this editing power would be useless if you couldn’t export your changes out of PowerPoint.

Import slides to iPhoto by choosing File> Send to > iPhoto. Note: You have a choice of either JPEG or PNG from the Format drop-down menu. If you were posting images to the internet it might be in your best interest to choose PNG. The iPhoto window opens with your imported slides. Quit iPhoto.

As I built the slides, I wrote the slide number by each node of the flowchart for future reference. To produce the slides and SWF, I used Keynote 08 ( not Keynote 09! ). Keynote is a slide editor for the Mac. There are no variables involved. Please share your tips in the comments.

The Simple Hack: The attached PPTX project file has a description of the procedure on the first slide and then some sample buttons in round and square edges. Save as BMP or PNG. If you are Old-School and use Adobe Captivate Text Captions, then follow the instructions on the first slide of the project to create your own Text Captions.

Add a blank slide. Select the destination and save as PNG. This will place your 3D cube on the slide. Arrange it however you want for its starting position: Once you’re happy, select the slide in the panel on the left and hit Ctrl+D (or right-click and Duplicate Slide ). The first thing that I don’t quite understand the purpose of is the inability to use grouped objects or to place png or jpg files on top of each other within a fluid box. This way, as described in a few blogs here on this forum and elsewhere, you can give a user a chance to have a few attempts without leaving the slide.

Hello, In both versions of Cap 2017 and 2019, I’m having an issue where I’ve got a small png file, 75 kb, that I’m using as the retry message fill when someone gets a quiz question wrong. This is for T/F slides. It works fine for the incorrect shape. It works fine for the incorrect shape. No problems. No problems.

My solution was similar, though I used a large page-sized PNG with a window cut in it. However, if you don’t use a Skin, the video will automatically play when the user navigates to a slide. The solution I found was to “pause” the video on slide Enter using JavaScript in an Advanced Action. Controlling Playback with JavaScript.

Simply select a Fluid box on your slide, click on the “Options” tab in the PI, and apply a Fill of your choice. We will create the below responsive slide. I will use a default size slide in PowerPoint. You may want to size your slide to be the dimensions of your particular video. But, leave some white space on the slide since you will need to frequently resize things. Save the image as a PNG file. Add the slide image to the Camtasia Studio 8 Clip Bin.

I saved it as a PNG. I also added the tutorial to the last slide for those who can’t access the Screenr tutorial. PowerPoint’s No Longer a Slide Show Freak. I combined shapes in PowerPoint 2010 to cut a hole in the lid and make it transparent. The inside is transparent and lets me put anything under the laptop image.

Did you know you can save any PowerPoint slide as an image? The problem if I were to save out these individual images per slide. And do that on the other slide as well, hide person, hide the content text, and the same thing on this last one, the content text. So save it as a PNG image, and I’ll just go ahead and click save.
