Adobe recently released a significant, and free, update to Captivate 2019, its flagship eLearning development tool.   In Captivate 2019 (11.5), clicking  Assets  still opens the Assets dialog box, but wow-oh-wow will you find some wonderful new stuff here. In the older versions of Captivate when publishing as HTML5 you could add an image to the Project Settings for the start and end to show instead of just the white screen. When you try to apply an image filter on a cropped image, the filter isn't applied as expected. And, yes, we are still offering training on Adobe Captivate 2019. A valid numeric input in an input field produces an error. Added a retry state for a Drag and Drop interaction when the number of attempts exceeds one.

Squoosh.app is a free service from Google that compresses large images. What I like is being able to compare the before and after versions of images. I’m pleased to report that with Captivate 2019 you can select the Fluid Boxes to resize them to a precise number of pixels or percentage by selecting the Fluid Box and navigating over to your Position panel.
