Audio In Web Conferencing. A little known secret and often overlooked involves audio tied to recording. If the presenter is using VOIP, then audio is recorded during the presentation, because the audio is coming through the computer’s speakers. Audio bridges. Avoid this like the plague.

Studio has always been known for the PowerPoint to Flash approach, but it also includes audio narration, TOC (yeah!) Easy to use. #15

I believe that you can expect some type of voice capability with the actors/avatars as in the ability to either lip synch with the characters via audio tool/recording tool in the product will show up more in 2013. I should note that you cannot use any 3rd party vendor authoring tool to upload courses into these systems. Just as in any product nowadays, add video, audio, media files. Customize e-mails, maybe even include the ability to send via SMS (new). At one time they pitched lite LMS, now its social learning platform.
