  Beyond the keynotes, I attended many other valuable sessions: Anne Scott from the Smoky Mountain chapter shared numerous tips on how ASTD chapters can best use webinars to supplement their regular face-to-face events. walked away with many tips that will be helpful both to GVASTD and the webinars we do at Element K. Once upon a time, I worked at a small company. Because I knew the business and had helped design our software package, and because I was pretty good in front of a crowd, I ended up doing the training.
