There are studies that report clear reductions in official disciplinary measures, some by two-thirds! Take improved results for instance, would these translate into assignments being of a higher quality at first hand-in, so requiring a reduction in resubmissions; that would be a clear bonus.

The big plus is that its an easy application and makes use of the Moodle quiz reporting structure for results. I found it easier to zip my quiz files and upload to Moodle then unzip, that way you get them all there in one go; and you point to the.jpz file. For navigation between the quiz and Moodle I tend to use the IFRAME option.

One of the reporting options I have is being able to see utilisation, and in this particular case this did not appear to be so good, so why? A particular request for training that I felt had been covered by timetabled delivery plus the availability of instructional videos caused me to get thinking though.

So I was more than an little fascinated by report from edudemic.com '10 Surprising Facts About Students Using E-Textbooks’ From a survey by eCampus.com. When the students were asked if they would consider purchasing an eTextbook in the next semester 54% said maybe with only 38% confirming with a definite yes.
