I received a Photoshop file the other day for use in a Captivate project. He was in a bit of a panic because he had sent me a Photoshop file (PSD) instead of the.jpg image I had requested. Adobe Captivate imports native Photoshop files, and you don't have to have Photoshop on your computer.

Adding an image to an Adobe Captivate project is simple: use the Media tool on the toolbar or import the assets into the Library and then drag the imported assets onto Filmstrip slides. I'm using the image on multiple slides. The image's slide location and size are different on each slide. No worries.

Adobe Captivate 7.01: Color Swatches

In the image below, I've added a logo onto a Captivate slide. I can now use the swatch and apply the color to any slide object.
