I used the “Multi-Slide Synchronized Video” option in Captivate 2017 to achieve this. Objective: Add a video to a slide that is synchronized with other animated objects on the slide. Create your slide and add the video from the Media Panel. Select the option for “Multi-Slide Synchronized Video” 3.

I hide some slides and find that it starts crashing after showing slide 9 and on. If I only show slide 1 – 8, the mobile device preview (on galaxy s6, which is the smallest resolution), preview runs fine. Nothing glares out to me in this slide 9 that would cause a crash? This project does have two videos.

Don’t make videos from slides. Videos that are just a series of slides are rarely engaging. Ultra-high resolution means larger file sizes which take longer to download and stream. You should try to come up with a video that is more creative and interesting. Make sure the audio and visuals work together. Probably not.

I recently ran into a corporate template that has its slide title set to 24 pt. However, by default the slide titles are now barely noticeable and almost confusing because the hierarchical importance of the slide title is lost (it’s almost the same size as the 20 pt. Large file size. body text).

Even when you delete the items from slides (stage), they will remain in the Library and can be reused. If you import a (compressed)mp3 file it will automatically be converted to a ‘raw’ wav-file which will also be in this folder. In PowerPoint to create a similar effect would require a slide for each module. As I add more interactive slides, the slide content increases dramatically in PowerPoint.
