Hello, In both versions of Cap 2017 and 2019, I’m having an issue where I’ve got a small png file, 75 kb, that I’m using as the retry message fill when someone gets a quiz question wrong. I’ve customized the Incorrect and Retry shapes by selecting Fill and using the same image in my library. No problems.

In the properties panel go to IMAGE>IMAGE FILL. Now, move left in the properties panel and go to FILL>CUSTOM IMAGE. If you want just a picture, use png. I hope it was helpful! The color doesn’t matter, You are going to fill it with your picture in a while. Find the yellow folder icon and press it.

As I wrote on LinkedIn a week ago, another bug appeared when using GPT-4 – regarding images. When you asked it to create an image of whatever or a picture of whatever – it outputted. To change it to a PNG, You had to download JPG as a web page image and then change it in whatever software you use to do so.

The Help documentation is very concise about the Library: [link] It has a good description of the columns in the Library panel. That folder will store the images created with MathMagic.
