Provide clear information on the LMS, Intranet, course announcements of whom to contact if assistance is needed.

When creating e-learning courses I ask stakeholders to sign-off on the final product. To inform the course designer(s) of any future content, policy and procedure changes that affect the on-line learning program. This is only after the review process is complete.

What's New in Captivate 5? Twitter, That's What!

Yes, I do think using social media tools directly for informal learning is a better option in many, if not most situations, but if a "blended" solution is needed then incorporating Twitter into Captivate is now an option.
