In addition, she indicates if they are free or cost money – which is not quite the same thing as open source.

That said, there were some curious items on this list, which to me, doesn’t really fly in the world of learning tools. I use Twitter, but there is no way, I see it as a learning tool. To me, this is not a learning tool.
