Closed Caption Tools

I’ve used several tools that can get the job done, but most of them break captions in awkward ways that require additional cleanup. I’ve used Riverside.fm ‘s transcription tool when I don’t have a script to start with. I can get ChatGPT to break only at punctuation, so that’s an improvement.
