This was my first time attending this conference and visiting New Orleans. It was great to see some familiar faces from other conferences, meet some long-time online colleagues in person, and get to know a number of new folks. I enjoy smaller conferences like this where there’s more opportunities to talk and network.

I have never been briefed on what to do when standing (or sitting) in front of a camera. I'll do a talk to camera at the drop of a hat. It felt quite natural to do the intro and outro direct to camera, and then turn to the guest and try to get some interesting snippets of insight from them. Error more than trial actually.
