Service Providers - How Do You Find Good Ones

Within a few hours of each other, I received two requests for referral to service providers. One request was for eLearning development providers from fairly large 5,000+ employees based in the US. Likely they would want to have a provider who is fairly local, but not sure about it. That would be MUCH appreciated!

Why You Should Provide Full Feeds (especially on Blogger)

What I've learned since: Partial feeds are annoying as a blog reader, so I was being annoying providing a partial feed. Bottom line: I would highly encourage anyone with a blog to provide a full feed. Ah, so to fix that I decided to change my feed to a partial feed so you only get the first paragraph.

Quora is a Q&A site nicely integrated with Facebook that has done a good job providing a means to ask questions and get answers. You can see a question below that had 16 answers provided by some pretty good folks and the top answer had 586 votes. Each Quora answer is rated by users until the most popular answer is found.

How Khan Academy Nike Training Club and SparkPeople Motivate Users Behavior

Provides an interesting concept in terms of allowing users to earn points to be able to change their avatar. This is a good way to provide structured actions that tie back to the central motivational scheme. Khan also provides points as a motivator. for motivating user action? Similarly, it shows you holes where badges would go.
