As a teacher, this could be a great tool to help figure out where you might want to spend more time. These tie back to points and basically help to motivate daily use. So, they have done some nice things to help first timers get started. In some ways, the broader efforts of Nike with Nike+ helps with longer term perspective.

Most presenters are not used to designing for online, so it’s important to help them plan their sessions to be effective. This is where a good prep person along with a good moderator can really help. Moderators can help this greatly. This helps a lot. Session timing and design is difficult online.
